All Welcome
Finally, Alya as feeling fully recovered from her injury. Thus, in the foolhardy way of youth, she ventured to the highest reaches of Moonspear to test her hind leg upon the rocks. As she leapt from stone to icey stone, she remembered "playing" with Liffey on these same peaks, and allowed herself to acknowledge that they had not been the kindest of playmates to the girl. And for what reason? Because she and Rannoch had been in love?

Alya still didn't like her - either of them - but the more she grew, the more she realized how petty she'd been as a child. How petty they'd all been. And that didn't mean that she would seek reconcilliation - Alya believed that it was for the best that Rannoch had departed from their fold - but she found that her anger no longer burned quite so hot, and that her memories of the ones that had gone were more bittersweet than bitter.

Even with her mind elsewhere, Alya did not slip or falter. She was healed, then.

He had decided to take a break from patrolling and find something to eat, which wasn't so surprising considering it was Revui — all he did was lurk on the borders and devour whatever he found in the caches. At least this time he had enough self control to wait until he was further from the territory edge before he gorged himself — but as he went hunting for a cache, he discovered the scent of one of his siblings and deviated after it instead. He wasn't really hungry; Revui had a habit of eating even when he didn't need to, which was a drain on resources that he was not thoughtful enough to take in to account.

Once he'd trailed the wolf to a point he could get a good look at them, he realized it was one of the Cerberus. At first he wasn't sure which one - Hydra was always the one he thought of when he saw the roaming shadows, but it wasn't often that he was correct in his assumptions. In this particular moment Revui had spotted Alya, and while he wasn't sure which sister it was, he was content to watch her moving from stone to stone, showcasing a finesse that he hoped to one day achieve himself. Revui closed the gap and began to mimic her movements - not alerting her to his presence even though it would've been a good idea - and began to leap from spot to spot, trying to land soundlessly (and failing) or trying to reach the next stone without scrambling too wildly (and failing at that too).

It was clear by the time he caught up with her that Revui wasn't the finesse type; he was a blunt instrument, not a sly one, not a quick or quiet one. He stumbled more than once, and eventually gave up on his attempts entirely, slipping from the stones and crashing in to the ferns nearby with a grunt of irritation.

Hydra's sentiments were the very same as her sister. At this point in each of their lives, they had acquired a different degree of maturity. Hydra, too, was glad for their eventual leaving... and in the end, it was Rannoch who was worse off in any case. Her feelings on the matter had settled; she had accepted it all, and had even elected to give Terance another chance at something. Hydra was not yet mature enough to consider it friendship. Her pride had yet to allow it.

Her eyes panned toward her sister as she idled nearby, sitting in thoughtful repose. She was glad to see there was not a single hitch in her step: recovered, then. Her ears flicked as she heard what sounded to be a handicapped goat making its way up, and Hydra's eyes landed upon the form of their darling brother. They did not display her disappointed judgment; patience had also never been her strong suit. With a sigh, Hydra's gaze fell back to the horizon, content to let herself rest for a brief while in this silence.
