Osiris and @Desdemona had returned—with @Leta and a considerable amount of intel in tow. The Easthollowian's acceptance into Moonspear's ranks was of paramount importance to him, and it was also the very reason they waited at the borders; despite his outmost excitement about returning home, Osirs needed Hydra's approval before letting Leta into the territory.

Without much fanfare, Osiris gently nosed the base of Leta's ear. "Ready?" he asked in an excited whisper as he pulled away. When Osiris received the confirmation, he lifted his muzzle and summoned for @Hydra—just as he had promised before leaving. There was much for them to discuss, and they would get to it in time, but for now, Leta took priority.

Leta couldn't believe it. She was doing it. She was really doing it. Traveling with not one, but two, brave wolves helped Leta feel more than a little strong as she went (but honestly, if they ran into trouble, it would be them taking care of it... she would try and help, but was already sure she would get in the way). I will help contribute, and teach whoever wants to learn all about hunting game like bison... I wonder, has Moonspear ever hunted bison... are there bison nearby? She asked as they drew along to the border.

Quieting down now, her ears flattened atop her head just before called for the wolf that would bring her into the fold. Being here was all rather... intimidating. It was such a contrast to home, even by appearance alone... but Leta knew she needed this change. Osiris reminded her of that as he nosed her ear, and as he asked her, she nodded. Ready. And then she looked up, looking for the wolf that would decide the next course of her life.

It was definitely a trip worthwhile to the Moonspear guards. They gained quite the information about the group 'The Saints,' and especially all the groups that were around; Neverwinter, Yuelong, The Saints, Easthollow, Ursus, Seelie Court.. Quite a few packs that Desdemona didn't know of, but majority felt the same about a particular group.

Information to pass along to Hydra.

Though it seemed it was not the only subject to bring along, as the spider rose a brow to Leta, but said nothing on the matter. She wouldn't object a wolf joining Moonspear's ranks, but didn't expect her to follow along. She seemed.. Similar to a rabbit, meek and submissive, not suited for the warriors of the mountain.

Desdemona would let the two chat, as she followed along with the howl of summons.

They're home.

Hydra heeded the call swiftly, her heart leaping to hear the sound of her sons song. Alive, her mind confirmed what her soul had known. No less relieved for that, though, the matriarch made way to the borders. There were not two there, but three—Hydra's attention lingered upon the girl for a long moment, but observing that Osiris and Desdemona were both at ease she deduced that she was no enemy to them and moved first to inspect them with her nose; no new injuries, no indication of hurt upon them, no scent of the enemy... Hydra could breathe again, drinking in a breath then that brought about the full capacity of her lungs ability. Exchanging scents with them so that again they wore Moonspear, Hydra felt the eyes of the girl upon her and at last rewarded her with her attention.

The hazel eyes that had been upon her were quick to avert, though Hydra detected familiarity there. Hydra, however, did not know Leta... did she? Taking a step forward to gingerly sniff at the other, Hydra knew that she had been correct. There was nothing from where she had come from to detect now, thanks to the mud and the rains stripping such things from each present. She looked to her son and Desdemona both for an explanation before speaking. Who had they brought here?

Osiris hadn't realized how much he had missed Hydra, and he was surprised by the excitement he felt upon seeing her figure in the distance. Once she was had arrived, he reached forward and searched the scents that clung to her pelt. Dirge, Atlas, Antares, Vega, Bronco—all alive and well from what he could tell. Osiris breathed a sigh of relief, and then nipped Hydra's chin in greeting before he withdrew.

"Mom, this is Leta," he introduced with a glance towards his friend. "She's the daughter of Greyback and Valette, and she's come to Moonspear to learn how to fight and join our ranks—she wants to contribute to any way she can, too," he elaborated, attempting to summarize everything in a timely manner. "She knows Aunt Ayla, too, from when she stayed in Easthollow." Was that everything? Osiris then looked to Leta and Desdemona, wondering if he had covered all the bases.

When Hydra broke onto the scene, Leta felt several things at once.

Excitement, firstly. Because this was not Hydra, but @Alya who she knew and loved already. An awe inspiring woman, to be sure.

Confusion, secondly, because as Alya (to her) looked at her there was no recognition, not at all. Leta did not put two and two together because she had yet to meet a twin in her lifetime, and Hydra was her perfect mirror.

Daunted, thirdly. There was not a question—not even since excitement set in—of who commanded this scene. This place. It was Alya, but how had Leta never known that before...? Leta wondered if Alya did actually recognize her, but was thinking more on her families health first... well, of course she would... and Leta dipped low to the earth to show she understood that entirely, gaze shifting.

Confusion did not take long to return. She knows aunt Alya, said Osiris, and Leta could not hide how befuddled she was then, gaze lifting up to squint at Osiris and his cheek. Leta had not thought to ask him if he had ran into Ursus on the way home, come to think of it... had... had he been struck on the head...? She was no medic, but she hadn't thought she had seen anything to say as much...

Hold on—Alya was his mother?

That... he would have said that, would he not have? He would have told her? This was not some sort of... what? What could it be? Initiation prank?

Leta peeked back toward Hydra, though did not look directly at her. Uhm... you... you aren't Alya? She asked, voice featherlight as she did not want to cause a to do or commotion about it. She glanced back to Osiris, her brow slightly furrowed with her confusion... but if it were, surely she would recognize her now? From her name? Family?

skippable until talks about their news from the travelling!

Desdemona accepted the Alpha and was happy to take back Moonspears scent. Since it been some time perhaps it had slowly faded, but finally returned. Now a family reunion, and she stayed silent as Osiris talked to his mother, and introduced the new girl to the mixture. It wasn't really something she should intervene in, and thus the guard stepped back.

She listened to her son, and heard no objection from Desdemona. She could sense confusion from the other (new) party, and it did not take long for the matriarch to figure out why once her son expressed she knew someone here—her own mirror image—and Leta posed the question herself. Regarding Leta then, and recognizing several similarities between her and the girls mother, Hydra wondered how she did not see their relation earlier. Their resemblance was uncanny, though Leta seemed a bit lighter in comparison to her mothers mocha furs.

I am her sister, she clarified to the confused Easthollow youth, we are identical, in appearance. Let that put her mind at ease that she was right to think so and be so confused by this. Moving to exchange scents with the girl, Hydra hummed, so long as you hunt with us and contribute, you are welcome to join us and learn as my son has vouched for you, she looked to Osiris then, and Desdemona after, before her gaze shifted to Leta. Welcome home, the three of you. Report to me later on what you have learned; I will let you rest, for now, she hummed. Unless something was crucial to be shared, she would let them get settling in once again; she turned, so as to resume her own patrol (unless one of them spoke further).

Osiris couldn't help but grin knowingly as Leta inquired about Hydra's identity. Although he wanted nothing more than to jump to her defense, he knew that it wasn't his place to do so. "They have a third sister, too—he name is Lyra," he added once his mother had answered, "She's the medic here. I'm sure you'll meet her soon." Osiris would help out Leta whenever he could—, especially when identifying the triplets. He knew it was difficult to distinguish them; his unique upbringing had given him an advantage.

Osiris smiled broadly once Leta had been accepted, and he bumped his shoulder against hers. "Thank you," he breathed, feeling suddenly thrilled. Osiris turned to his new-packmate then, his smile growing and his tail wagging. "I can show you around and help you settle in," he offered.

Oh, she whispered in turn, understanding a little. She had never met anyone identical before. To her knowledge, anyway. And there was a third? What? A little surprised by this news, Leta simply kept quiet and nodded. It was kind of cool, but a little unnerving. They looked, to Leta, exactly alike. How would she know the difference? Looking to Hydra with an expression of gratitude, she dipped her head. She shared the same look with Desdemona; her escort here had been helpful and appreciated.

Now looking to Osiris, she nodded. Yes, please, she asked, once Hydra had turned on her heel and headed out. Do you want to come? she invited @Desdemona with a little wave of her tail, gratitude still written on her features.

The other offered, and Desdemona firstly looked over to Osiris. She was never a social wolf unlike the man she accompanied, however as already dutifully bringing her over, she felt it wouldn't be well to simply abandon her after. So surprisingly, the guard nodded to follow along on showing the other around.

The spider was especially good at showing patrol routes.
