She felt back to normal, more or less, except for one thing: the presences. The situation was odd enough, though something extra peculiar had happened over the past few days. Towhee trailed off when she spotted Trailhawk directly in her path. It seemed she wasn’t the only one in search of an afternoon snack. She cleared her throat, pulled her lips into a smile and waved her tail as she approached. She hadn’t really gotten a chance to speak with the woman since her stormy—literally and metaphorically—induction into the pack.
