kukutux sat among the sacred things of her altar. she had come here to seek counsel with the spirits, reminded of how seamlessly eldritch seemed to walk between each world. but such a path was not for her. the duck inly closed her eyes and whispered praying words to the dancing lights, in hopes that her mother's spirit would be listening.

for there were things of which to speak, revelations to be made. anaa, and her voice was only the shape of clouds moving across the vessel of her throat. yet no more then, for a tentative call rose hesitantly into the pinewood shuddering of the thick ancient forests that stood laced and sentinel around all of moonglow.

kukutux looked upon the altar, then to the lowlight of gathering eventide. she lifted herself, feeling the glow of memory surround her, evoke aiolos beneath her pelt. it was with a little flush that moonwoman at last descended from the weald to attend the caller.

her eyes, the hue of sweetberry bark. her figure that of a maiden, with a glow to snow-driven pelt that almost rivalled her own. and three scars, like a kill-mark upon the stranger's face. kukutux felt the healing pull of the tupilak's toothmarks in her own muzzle and smiled lightly. "this woman greets you."
