All Welcome
@Silvertongue and Akavir are hopefully coming home... Backdated to the 18thish

Weeks had turned into a season.

A simple recon mission had evolved into so much more—of snowstorms, of burned bridges and bitter disappointments. His eyes drifted to the ashen woman at his side—his breath hitching, all the same, as it always did when she was in his vicinity.

In one season, Akavir felt like the drain of life had finally grasped him in its clutches—and now standing upon the borders he had once marked and remained proud of, he felt…

An outsider, perhaps?

Changed in a way he could not describe—Mae leaving the haven he had left her in and coming home empty without her the final coffin within the man’s beating heart.

He was silent for a moment too long, perhaps—standing upon the edge of tumultuous emotion that could not be described—and thus—he tilted his head back—a cry for his home… beckoning @Arric or @Arlette to the borders.

Swiftcurrent Creek would not hold its earthy scents on his pelt any longer—what right did he have to stride over a border he had not guarded in months?

darukaal had treated them well and sent along intentions of peace, something silvertongue felt that akavir would treasure. but she was tired of traveling, exhausted, fatigued. both she and the shadow had become diminished in their wanders. silvertongue grieved as she stood at the borders, that this place should represent so much of her life and yet she could remember none of it. the green only allowed dreaming whispers any longer. beside akavir she stood, reaching to him with an exhale of reassurance. they were home, and what that meant now, they would create its new truth.

It was a call he had been hoping for and dreading all at once. He carried bad news. But first greeting. And wasn't it just a surprise when he arrived to the borders where Akavir waited and at his side Silvertongue. Where were her kids? Wren?

He gaped at them both in disbelief for a brief moment. Then shook his head.

Well look what the cat dragged in. You look. Well,Akavir, you look like shit. But boy it's good to see you.

Without further ado the beta leaned forward for a full bodied hug. Hecdidnt give shit if Akavir didn't want one.

Then he smiled at silver, but didn't reach for her yet. She looked. Well she looked shell shocked.

Hello Silver. Still one of the prettiest gals I guy ever saw.
